Gazprom Neft may pay 12.16 rbl/share in dividends for 2022

MOSCOW, May 23 (PRIME) -- The board of directors of Russian oil company Gazprom Neft has recommended paying 12.16 rubles per ordinary share in final dividends for 2022, the company said in a statement on Tuesday.

The shareholders will consider the recommendation at an annual general meeting on June 28. The register for participation in the meeting will close June 3, the record date is slated for July 10.

The company earlier paid 69.78 rubles per ordinary share in dividends for January–September 2022.
